ServiceBridge are a field service software solutions company based in Chicago. Approaching us, unhappy with the results of their Google managed PPC campaigns, we proposed ways in which we could help. In just under two months we were able to significantly improve both the performance of their search campaigns and the quality of leads generated through their website.
A poorly structured account had led to decreased quality scores resulting in them paying over the odds for their ad positions. The basic structure also lacked relevance from search query through to ad copy, so click through rates were suffering. Lack of testing and unwarranted bid adjustments combined with a reliance on automated bidding strategies had meant that significant amounts of budget was being wasted.
Rebuilding the account from the ground up, focusing on granularity and ad relevance allowed us to bring ServiceBridge’s costs down, increase positions and boost click through rates in the process. Combining our own expertise with existing data within AdWords and Analytics, we were able to increase lead volume whilst cutting the cost per lead dramatically.
